ICC deals with complaints received from staff members and students. Based
on the complaints, ICC carries out an enquiry, attempts to resolve the
problem through counseling, recommends appropriate punitive action against
perpetrators to the competent authority and provides assistance to the
victims. The issues are dealt with diligence and with due confidentiality.
Addressing issues concerning women specific needs at the workplace.
Organizes various activities such as lectures and discussions promoting
gender equality and gender amity.
Celebrates International Women's Day every year and on this occasion
relevant programmes such as lectures by women role models, debates and
discussion etc are organized.
