INTRODUCTION

The IOGOOS Workshop and Seventh Annual Meeting(IOGOOS VII) that is scheduled to be held at Perth, Australia during July 12-16,2010. The IOGOOS VII is being held in conjunction with IOP-7,SIBER-I and IRF-I meetings so as to facilitate the invitees with a good opportunity to have discussions with the high-level offcials, panel members and other relevant agency representatives. I am happy to inform you that IOC Perth Office has kindly agreed to host there important Meetings.
